Hey all! I'm writing this while Kelly ("Your BEAUTIFUL wife, Kelly," my sweet lady just interjected) and I are watching an episode of the Gilmore Girls, so I'll try to keep this short and sweet (just like me...).
Friday night, Kelly and I decided to do nothing but FUN things, and we decided on picking pumpkins at Rombach's down the road.
Here are a few pictures from the event. . . .

Three posts this month:
2 about pumpkins
1 about muffins
If the next post is about pumpkin muffins, we're going to have to have a talk.
Looks like fun, you guys! Happy Fall! :)
Love all the photos.
I wonder where those two pumpkins ran off to? :)
I actually have a great story about pumpkin muffins, Holly! It involves blood and 4-H.
I wanted to put captions below the pictures, but the silly computer wouldn't let me. So here they are (aren't you glad you checked my comments?! It's like jumping on the right box and having a mushroom fall out. Anyway...):
1. "Oh where, oh where will I find the perfect pumpkin?"
2. "Ah, I've found it."
3. "Well, maybe I'll settle on a gourd instead."
4. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
5. t.leaf + Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
6. Our stash.
7. If you're like me, you'll think the inflatable ghost was hilarious, not scarey.
scarey, as in scary.
Oh, and about the title. We had picked out two perfect smaller pumpkins before we trekked out to the pumpkin patch. They're in the cart in Picture 1. Well, when we went to check out, they weren't there! We have no idea what happened to them. Either they fell out, or I took them out, or one of those little squirt running around that place took them. I'm banking on that last one...
Ha ha ...I didn't even see the ghost until I read your picture caption. That is funny!
What classes are you taking this fall? I never heard/read, etc. If only you were on Facebook...
Haha, I know, I'm such a loser to be Facebook-less. Oh well.
All of the classes here either fall into Practical, Exegetical, Historical, or Systematic Department. My classes are ...
Intro to the Pastoral Ministry (Practical - kind of like LA 105 at CUW ...)
Intro to Historical Theology
The Lutheran Mind (Actually that may be my favorite class. It's not at all like it sounds: "Here's what Lutherans think, so you'd better think it too, or else!!" It actually explores where theology fits into practical situations today ... which was a nice surprise.
Greek Readings, and Hebrew Readings.
Only two more weeks left in the quarter, and then I get a two week break!! I can't wait...
