Last night, Kelly got PART I of her Christmas gift, which was tickets to the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra! They were playing at the Performing Arts Center in Cedarburg. Hoops and Yoyo somehow snuck in, too.
The first half was a variety of classical pieces, including the Waltz of the Dancing Cat (Hoops particularly enjoyed that!). The second half was traditional holiday music. The best part was when they had a "sing along" to Handel's Halleluiah Chorus and no one knew how to sing it. C'mon, people, the words are printed in the bulletin! Good thing I had a rehersal last week in chapel.

MSO has such a wide range of musicians...from college students to practically retired! Can you imagine being 20 and having a career playing the violin??? That's crazy. And amazing. Good job, folks.
